These shirts are available at Munising Community Credit Union. Sizes and quantities are limited. Proceeds go to ACSF to continue offering services to Alger County Cancer Patients

The money is raised here and it stays here! If you want your money to stay local, you must donate to an organization that is in your community every day. One that you see is making a difference in the lives of your friends and neighbors every day. If you want to know where the money goes, call that organization and ask them where the money goes.

Living with cancer is a personal journey. Telling our story is a very important part of healing.  The more we tell our story, the more people will hear it and before we know it we will have helped other's and will have started our own healing. 

Tell it loud and proud.  Share it with anybody and everybody; 

--We may have contracted the same cancer but it may be different stages, the same stage.  

--We may have been on the same treatment plan, different plan. 

--How was your cancer discovered?

--Have you been diagnosed with a "rare" cancer? There are so many stories to share.  Please share yours.

Everybody's life has been affected by cancer through a personal experience or through watching a loved one go through it. 

  The toll cancer takes on a family is devastating.  The individual living with cancer faces many challenges one being an emotional upset as well as the financial upset. 

Alger Cancer Support Fund was founded in 2008.  It's been a tough road.  Some of the toughest road blocks are explaining that we focus on all cancers and not just one and explaining that we are local, the money raised stays local.   If you want your money to stay local you must donate to a local organization.
